Book a Coaches Chat
Have a chat with a coach as we need to learn as much as we can about you to help you succeed. We will meet you with curiosity to help us establish an initial action plan for you to get started on this journey. This is where we can give you a price and prescibe what it is you need with us!

Start 6 Week Trial
Once you have booked your Trial, we will send you a starter Pack with all the information on regarding starting at Soph-Fit. We are based in M26 right next to the Radcliffe Tram Stop!

after the trial
After the trial, your assigned coach will sit down with you and review your progress so you can continue with a personalised action plan in even more detail because we have got to know you for 6 whole weeks!
